Killy the American Kestrel( Falco sparverius
) came to RARE due to a defect in his wing. He is also human-imprinted. The people who found Killy and his brood brought them into their home with the good intention of saving them. They were fed ground beef and allowed to be around humans at a very young age. Due to their poor diet, Killy's brood-mates did not survive, and Killy's development was stunted leaving his right wing deformed.
